What is SPLENDOR X?
SPLENDOR X by Lumenis is a laser hair-reduction platform combining two wavelengths:
- 755 nm Alexandrite
- 1064 nm Nd:YAG
BLEND X technology allows the contribution of each wavelength to be adjusted according to skin tone, hair colour, hair thickness and treatment area.
How does SPLENDOR X work?
Laser energy targets pigment within the hair and follicle. The energy converts to heat and reduces the follicle’s ability to produce hair, leading to gradual reduction through a planned series of sessions.
Hair follicles are not all in the same growth phase at the same time, so treatment usually requires multiple sessions and individualized follow-up.
